To provide every client with a safe, respectful, and high-quality experience, we kindly ask that you read and understand the following studio policies before booking. These policies help us maintain smooth scheduling, ensure fair treatment of all clients, and uphold professional hygiene and service standards.

Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked online via our secure booking portal:

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, unless otherwise advised by Rachel.

Appointments must be booked with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Please note: Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. This is at Rachel’s discretion.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. Please be considerate by notifying us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit, unless due to emergency or sudden illness, as determined by Rachel.

No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will forfeit the deposit and be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

In case of an emergency, please text Rachel on 0452 460 996. Your deposit may be transferred to another date at her discretion.
Late Arrival Policy
We respect your time and the time of other clients, so punctuality is essential.

A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for late arrivals.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will receive a call and text.

At 20 minutes, your appointment may be shortened.

At 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, your deposit forfeited, and you will need to rebook.
Refund & Satisfaction Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality services and your satisfaction is important to us.

Euploea Studios has a no-refund policy on all services.

If the outcome of a service does not align with what was agreed upon, please contact us within 24 hours.

In the event of an adverse reaction, please contact Rachel immediately. You may require medical attention.

A complimentary fix may be offered at Rachel’s discretion, depending on the nature of the concern.
Medical Disclosure & Contraindications
Your health and safety are our priority. Clients must:

Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or past reactions relevant to the service.

Understand that services may be refused if contraindications are present.

Agree to patch testing prior to services such as tinting, henna, lamination, or eyelash extensions where necessary.
This information allows us to tailor your service and ensure your wellbeing.
Children, Guests & Disruption Policy

Children are welcome for all services except eyelash extensions, provided they remain entertained and do not interfere with equipment or services.

For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the studio during lash extension appointments.

Guests are welcome if they do not disrupt the service or studio environment.

Pets are not allowed, in line with hygiene and WHS standards.

Excessive disruption (loud noise, interference with tools, unsafe behaviour) may result in the service being paused or cancelled.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and take data protection seriously.

We collect and store client data including name, phone number, email address, and relevant health details.

Your data is securely stored through our website provider, Wix, which complies with Australian data protection laws.

This information is used solely for booking, client records, and service provision.

Your data is never shared with third parties and is accessed only by authorised personnel.
Aftercare Policy
To maintain your results and ensure the longevity of your treatment:

Aftercare instructions are provided for every service.

It is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions carefully.

Euploea Studios is not responsible for compromised results due to improper aftercare.
Photo & Media Consent
Before and after photos may be taken as part of your service.

These may be used for marketing, website, and social media purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed, simply inform Rachel prior to your appointment. Your preference will always be respected.
COVID & Illness Policy

We are committed to maintaining a hygienic, safe studio for all clients.

Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell.

If you are experiencing symptoms, notify us at least 24 hours prior, and we will reschedule your appointment.

Rachel wears masks and gloves, and all tools, surfaces, and treatment areas are thoroughly sanitised between each client.

Studio-wide cleaning is conducted at the end of each day.
